Ring Shape-to-Fit Service

Unlike most retail jewellers, Essex Bespoke Jewellery is unique as we bring the jeweller to you. One of our expert jewellers will come to your home in person or remotely via a video call (depending on your chosen package) to guide you through the design process.

Once we have gathered your requirements and scanned your original ring, our artisans will produce a hand-drawn Illustration that reflects their understanding of your design ideas and concepts for the second (new) ring. The Illustration will showcase for the first time how the rings will look together.

Once your illustration is complete, you can undergo two rounds of feedback and amendments. However, based on experience, these are often unnecessary. If you want extra rounds of feedback, you'll need to purchase them as a bolt-on purchase. This policy ensures that clients who do not require additional rounds of amendments are not charged extra for this part of the service.

Our artisan jewellers can now give you a final quote for your bespoke handmade piece to be made, along with expected completion deadlines. You'll receive your quote via an official email from EBJ with a link to pay for your custom piece via our website checkout.

After crafting your new Shape-To-Fit ring, we restore the shine of your original ring and smooth out imperfections to achieve a flawless, mirror-like finish. We'll also take beautiful photographs and email them to you!
