Paul initially contacted us by filling out an enquiry form on our website, expressing interest in a bespoke engagement ring. We promptly scheduled a video consultation with Adam Mahdy, co-founder and director of Essex Bespoke Jewellery Ltd. During our consultation, Paul didn’t mention that he had multiple video calls with other jewellers and sales consultants that day. However, when we began our conversation, it became clear that speaking directly to a jeweller, rather than a salesperson, was the defining factor in his decision-making process.

2. Real-Time Interactive Experience

Our video consultation lasted over an hour, during which we meticulously explored every possible option to bring Paul’s vision to life. Using our Engagement Ring Builder, we conducted a live, interactive design session during which Adam shared his screen and built the ring in real time. This immersive experience was something Paul had never encountered before, and he was immediately captivated by it.

Together, we explored:

3. Finalising the Design & The Build

After carefully selecting the specifications, we created a hand-drawn illustration of the ring and a 3d lifelike CAD render. This allowed Paul to visualise the final piece in exquisite detail before moving forward. Once Paul approved the design, we began crafting his one-of-a-kind engagement ring. Upon receiving the final images and videos of the finished piece, Paul was overwhelmed and thrilled with the outcome, describing it as “gorgeous and beautiful.” His reaction was a testament to the time, dedication, and skill poured into creating a truly bespoke engagement ring.
