1. The Inspiration Behind the Ring

Our client, a long-standing and valued customer, approached us with a special request. He had come across a vintage ring in an antique shop that caught his eye, but he wanted something even more unique—something that carried our signature craftsmanship and design expertise. After sending us a video of the ring for reference, he entrusted us with the challenge of reimagining the piece with our creative touch.

2. From Concept to Reality

With the initial video as inspiration, we got to work sketching the design. Our first draft instantly resonated with our client—he was immediately drawn to the concept. We then elevated the design to the next level by creating 3D digital renders, truly bringing the vision to life in a way that allowed him to see every intricate detail. His excitement only grew, and once he approved the renders, we moved forward with the project.

2.2. Crafting the Masterpiece & Perfecting the Fit

Given the complexity and scale of this project, ensuring the perfect fit was crucial. We first created a wax model of the ring in the chosen size for him to try. However, upon testing, the wax broke—an indication that the ring needed to be slightly larger. We adjusted the size up by half a size to an S, which proved to be the ideal fit.

With the sizing confirmed, we began the meticulous process of handcrafting the ring. We sourced each natural white diamond individually, ensuring the highest quality and perfect harmony between the different cuts. The setting process was intricate, as the combination of round, princess, and baguette diamonds required precision and artistry to achieve a flawless finish.

3. The Moment of Truth

Once complete, the ring was sent to the Assay Office for hallmarking. This final touch guarantees its authenticity and quality.
