General Shipping Policy

Depending on your ordered product, your Jewellery can be delivered in 4 to 8 weeks. We don't charge for our Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes tracking and signing for receipt of goods, as this is our standard shipping option. We can, however, discuss alternative services should they be required, but this will be at an additional cost, which we will confirm once you've reached out to us.

Made to Order Jewellery & Rings

Typically, these will take 3-4 weeks to arrive once you've placed your order. Rings and Jewellery that require you to select a specific Gemstone or Diamond from one of our feeds can take a bit longer depending on the 3rd party's ability to get us your chosen gemstone or diamond. Still, we will always be in touch if this happens.

Limited Edition Rings & Jewellery

Our limited edition pieces may take up to 8 weeks to be delivered as we will build them to your specifications and chosen gemstones. Sourcing gemstones and diamonds can be a 'fun' business, so we will always let you know if a 3rd party will cause any delays in our typical timeframe.

Bespoke Jewellery and our Care & Repair Services

These services are based on dates agreed upon during our initial correspondence before you've selected the package or service plan based on our recommendation. We will always endeavour to reply to emails and contact forms within two working days.

Gift Vouchers

Essex Bespoke Jewellery Gift Vouchers will be emailed within an hour of your successful payment once you receive your order confirmation email.
