Each piece is individually made to order by our jewellers. Our usual completion time is approximately 3–4 weeks, allowing time for your jewellery to be crafted, finished and hallmarked to our standards.

Where your design includes a diamond or gemstone selected from one of our specialist partners, the timescale may vary slightly depending on the availability and delivery of your chosen stone.

ENGRAVING

Any engraving will be completed as part of the finishing process once your piece has been made. This will not normally affect the estimated completion time.
