Each piece is individually made to order by our jewellers. Our usual completion time is approximately 3–4 weeks, allowing time for your jewellery to be crafted, finished and hallmarked to our standards.

Where your design includes a diamond or gemstone selected from one of our specialist partners, the timescale may vary slightly depending on the availability and delivery of your chosen stone.

If you require your jewellery for a specific date or occasion, please contact us via Live Chat before placing your order. Our team will be happy to discuss your requirements and advise what we can accommodate.

ENGRAVING

Any engraving will be completed as part of the finishing process once your piece has been made. This will not normally affect the estimated completion time.

Should there be any unexpected change to your estimated completion date, we will keep you personally updated throughout.

Delivery Timescales

Made-to-order Jewellery takes 3-4 weeks to arrive.

Rings and Jewellery that require you to select a specific Gemstone or Diamond from one of our marketplace feeds can take a bit longer, depending on the third party's ability to send us your chosen gemstone or diamond. We then fit the diamond to your chosen ring band.

BOLT-ON ENGRAVINGS

Any engraving bolt-on services will happen once we've created the band, even if we are still awaiting the primary gemstones.

In any event of delay, we will always be in touch to keep you in the loop.
