Our Full Bespoke Handmade Jewellery Service

STEP 1 | Included

Initial Requirement Consultation

Unlike most retail jewellers, Essex Bespoke Jewellery is unique as we bring the jeweller to you. One of our expert jewellers will come to your home in person or remotely via a video call (depending on your chosen package) to guide you through the design process.

Step 2 | Included

A Beautiful Illustration of your Design

After we collect your ideas, our talented artisans will craft a beautiful hand-drawn illustration that truly captures your vision and thoughts on design.

Once your illustration is complete, you can undergo two rounds of feedback and amendments. However, based on experience, these are often unnecessary. If you want extra rounds of feedback, you'll need to purchase them as a bolt-on purchase. This policy ensures that clients who do not require additional rounds of amendments are not charged extra for this part of the service.

Step 3 | Included

3D Lifelike Digital Renders

Once you've signed off on the sketch, we'll transform your design from 2D concept art into a stunning 3D lifelike digital render.

Once our CAD designers have worked their magic, you'll get one more round of tweaks and amendments before our artisan jewellers review the concept one last time.

Step 4 | Included

Bespoke Jewellery Construction Quote

Our artisan jewellers can now give you a final quote for your bespoke handmade piece to be made, along with expected completion deadlines. You'll receive your quote via an official email from EBJ with a link to pay for your custom piece via our website checkout.

Please note that any following steps are triggered once the 'Final Quote' from the step above has been paid.

Step 5 | Not Included

Jewellery Construction

Our expert jewellers will handcraft your design in our Essex workshop. With meticulous attention to detail, we guarantee the highest quality jewellery with hand-selected diamonds and gemstones.

Our bespoke handmade jewellery pieces are all crafted using recycled metal and ethically sourced diamonds and gemstones as standard.

Step 6 | Included

Receiving Your Custom Piece

If your consultation package includes a fitting, we will hand-deliver your jewellery pieces. We also offer a recorded special delivery service direct to your door.

All our Jewellery pieces will come in a beautiful EBJ gold embossed black gift bag. Each piece will be secured in its plush black jewellery box.
