These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all invoices issued by Essex Bespoke Jewellery Limited ("we," "us," or "our") and govern the sale, exchange, cancellation, and warranty of bespoke items and services. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Refunds and Exchanges

1.1 Bespoke Items: Due to the personalised nature of bespoke items, they are non-refundable.
1.2 Exchanges: Bespoke items may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt for an item of equal value. Any additional costs resulting from the exchange must be paid in full before the new item is released to you.

2. Order Cancellation

2.1 Deposit: When placing an order, a deposit is required to secure the production of your bespoke item.
2.2 Cancellation Terms: If you wish to cancel your order:

• You must notify us in writing within 30 days of the deposit being paid.
• Your deposit is non-refundable, and we will retain ownership of the bespoke item.

3. 12-Month Manufacturer's Warranty

3.1 We offer a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty on all of our work. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
3.2 Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage
• Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, scuffs, or surface marks)
• Excessive wear caused by improper use or neglect
  3.3 Assessment: We reserve the right to assess the item to determine if the issue falls within the warranty coverage before offering any repair, replacement, or other solutions.

4. Payment

4.1 All balances must be paid in full prior to the delivery or exchange of any item.
4.2 Any costs associated with exchanges, shipping, or upgrades must be settled before the exchange is processed.

5. Liability

5.1 We are not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, supplier disruptions, or shipping delays.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply to future orders and will not affect existing agreements.
