Black Friday Diamond Upgrade Event Terms & Conditions

1. The Black Friday Diamond Upgrade Event is available on qualifying bespoke engagement ring orders placed with Essex Bespoke Jewellery Ltd during the advertised Black Friday promotional period.
2. To qualify, clients must book their engagement ring consultation between the launch of the promotion and Black Friday, and subsequently place their qualifying order during the advertised Black Friday weekend.
3. A limited number of 9 Early Release appointments will be made available. Clients who secure one of these appointments may access the Diamond Upgrade offer before the general Black Friday promotional period and may place their qualifying order early.
4. Eligible clients may choose one of the following complimentary diamond upgrades: an upgrade of one colour grade, one clarity grade or one cut grade; or an increase of approximately 10% in diamond carat weight/size, subject to suitable diamond availability and the requirements of the chosen ring design.
5. The complimentary upgrade applies to the principal centre diamond of the engagement ring unless otherwise agreed in writing by Essex Bespoke Jewellery.
6. The promotion is available on both natural and laboratory-grown diamonds supplied by Essex Bespoke Jewellery.
7. Diamond upgrades are subject to availability. Due to the individual nature of diamonds, Essex Bespoke Jewellery cannot guarantee that an otherwise identical stone will be available at exactly one specification grade higher. Where the precise upgrade is unavailable, we may offer the closest suitable alternative of comparable or greater upgrade value.
8. For a 10% size upgrade, the increase will normally be calculated using carat weight rather than the physical millimetre dimensions of the diamond. Actual visible dimensions vary between diamonds according to their shape, proportions and cut.
9. The maximum retail value of the complimentary Diamond Upgrade is £5,000. Where the requested upgrade would exceed this value, the client may pay the difference, subject to agreement with Essex Bespoke Jewellery.
10. The complimentary upgrade has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or another product or service, and cannot be retrospectively applied to an existing order.
11. The promotion applies only to new qualifying engagement ring orders and cannot be combined with another promotional offer, discount or voucher unless expressly agreed by Essex Bespoke Jewellery in writing.
12. Any deposit required to secure the order must be paid during the applicable promotional period. An enquiry, consultation, quotation or provisional design discussion alone does not constitute a qualifying order.
13. All bespoke orders remain subject to Essex Bespoke Jewellery's standard terms and conditions, including its normal deposit, design approval, manufacture and cancellation provisions.
14. The promotion is subject to diamond availability and production capacity. The 9 Early Release appointments are strictly limited and are allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
15. Essex Bespoke Jewellery reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary. Any qualifying order already accepted and deposit paid before such amendment or withdrawal will retain the agreed promotional benefit.
